Your Internship will start with an interactive induction program, designed to introduce you to all aspects of life at UBS. The length and content of the training will vary depending on the business area you choose to apply to, but the training for each Internship program is specifically designed to ensure that you are fully up-to-speed with what you need to know, before you then join your team to start your internship role.
Throughout your time on the internship, you will have the opportunity to attend further interactive, informative sessions to help broaden your skill set. All our sessions are designed to help you get a greater understanding and insight into UBS as an employer and to help inform your next career step following the internship.
